We accept all major credit cards including Apple pay.



Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of the ship date received. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Merchandise can be returned via mail to address on shipped label. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.    

We do not do exchanges. Our products are promoted on a live stream segment, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at the time of exchange.

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards a future product promoted on the show.

All International Orders will be shipped once a paid UPS Shipping label is provided by the customer. Contact us upon order completion at Please include your order number in the email.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or UPS – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them.  We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24-48 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
